2 Year Product Warranty:
Dipz guarantee the product will not peel from the surface of your vehicle with normal usage for 2 years. During this time, should the product not perform as advertised, Dipz will repair the affected area at no charge to you. Intentional peeling, improper care or normal day-to-day abuse (e.g. door clash) causing scratches, staining or gouges from the surface are easily determined and are not included in this warranty.
Deposit Policy:
Upon booking, a 10% deposit is required. Should the booking be cancelled prior to one week before the due date, the deposit will be returned to you at no charge. If the cancellation is within one week of the scheduled date, the deposit cannot be refunded due to the late notice, however the deposit amount may be deducted from a future re-booking.
